The Construction Management Team (CMT) is a subset of the former Building Committee originally formed to organize and shape the current building project.  The CMT is charged with managing and monitoring the current PUMC building project to see it through to completion.

   The members of the CMT are: Phil Bachi (Project Manager), David Bouwens (Chair), Roger Metcalf, Steven Shaup, Tim Smiley, Pastor, and Dave Willard (Chair of the Board of Trustees).

   The General Contractor chosen by the CMT for the project is Excel Construction of South Florida, Inc.  Excel's onsite supervisor for the project is James (BJ) Friedel.
